Initial Consultation with the customer: In the initial phase of development, we will consult verbally and in writing with the client in order to define the best strategy. In fact, if a website already features a reciprocal link section, we might want to increase the links, or not even waste time doing so and only gear our efforts towards one-way-link building. Every campaign is highly customized according to numerous criteria: existing website configuration, keyword density, current online presence and rankings, etc.

Although each campaign differs from one to the next, they all need to include reciprocal links, manual submissions to directories, article and press release submissions, and postings on blogs and forums.

To recap, according to the length of your campaign (whether you contract a technician for one month or six months) and the particularity of your website, through the initial consultation we will define a plan of action which will be implemented by your link building technician.

After our technician starts actively working for you, we will report on a weekly basis.

When reporting directory submissions, we will provide the link of the directory + your username and password for the directory and the email account which we will set up for such submission. In fact, most directories require an individual registration process. After we submit to the directory, they send an email requesting registration confirmation. Usually, we would register yourwebsite@gmail.com for submission purposes. You would also get full access to the email account(s). Many websites accepting articles also require individual registrations. You would be provided with login information, usernames and passwords in all cases.
When posting comments on blogs and forums, a registration process is also required. Again, we will provide you with individual login info.

If you do not have a press release/articles available nor the time to write such material, we can refer you to great copywriters. Anyway, throughout the initial consultation, we will discuss with you the content of such articles/press releases.

At first, the process might seem a little overwhelming, but it is in fact very simple:

1 - We define the strategy of your campaign.
2 - Your technician implements the work and reports to you precisely on a weekly basis.

This is very much a turnkey service where we only ask you to interact in the initial phase of development. Your involvement will be limited to providing us with at least one article + one press release (although we can substitute a press release with more article submissions and obtain the same results). We will also brainstorm with you to predetermine the comments that we will post on the various blogs and forums.

Link building is definitely a team work. You have the website...we provide the labor and the expertise.
